Old Content, Served Up Fresh
Turn past emails into a binge-worthy archive
Newsletters don’t have to disappear into inbox oblivion. I’ll build and manage an archive that makes your email content easy to browse and link back to. Choose between a simple copy-paste archive or SEO-optimized entries depending on your goals.

Your emails? Packed with potential blog content.
Your blog posts? Perfect material for engaging newsletters.
This service bridges the gap — turning one into the other without sounding repetitive or robotic. 🍳
send the emails you’ve been meaning to write
From weekly newsletters to welcome sequences that help leads instantly understand what you do, I’ll help you write emails that sound like you and still drive results. We can work together on retainer or for one-off projects — whatever you need.
Both are about extending the life of your email content — but the scope and outcome are pretty different.
Newsletter archival is about giving your past emails a second life outside the inbox. I clean them up and organize them into a searchable, skimmable blog-style archive — so new and old subscribers can binge read them.
Newsletter repurposing usually means turning a past email into a new piece of content that’s optimized for SEO and written with a longer shelf life in mind. It’s a heavier lift involving more edits, additions, and strategy.
Most of my offers lean heavily on strategic reuse of things you’ve already written in your emails — because you’ve probably said some really good stuff already, and I’m here to make sure it doesn’t go to waste.
But I do write welcome sequences, launch emails, and the occasional newsletter from scratch if that’s what you need.
Yes! Some clients come to me with already functional newsletter archives, while others don’t even really know what a newsletter archive is.
Whether you’re interested in archiving, repurposing, full-on email copywriting, or a mix of everything, I’m happy to chat.
